The work of G. Lucas, Ms. Lucas
has been a student here at C.U.Y.S.
for nearly 1 year. Ms. Lucas started
with the Fundamentals of Cake
Decorating advanced to gumpaste & fondant, look at what she has
achieved, she is presently preparing to relocate to Brazil in S.A. .
Look out Brazil. I am so proud of
her and her achievement.

mother and father of the bride, Mrs.G
made the cake you see on top right for
her daughters wedding, it was seven
tiers and the flowers were the beautiful
peonies. The four tier square cake was
made for Mrs. G's. customer who needed
a wedding cake. The blue cake was
from the Wedding Cake Workshop Sessions. The bottom right was a sweet
sixteen cake made by Mrs. G. for a customer of hers. Am I proud of her, you bet. Much love and success. Your
future is bright.
